5. Staffing and Manpower Agreements

  • Manpower supply and staffing engagements are governed by a separate written service agreement between Bestcare Manpower Services and the client (“the Agreement”).

  • The Website and these Terms do not by themselves create a formal staffing contract; any such contract is defined in the signed Agreement.

  • We do not guarantee job placement or future employment, only that we will use reasonable efforts to match suitable candidates with available opportunities.

6. Data Privacy and Personal Information

We collect, store, and use your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the Website or services, you consent to:

  • Collection of your personal information (name, contact details, work history, qualifications, and other data).

  • All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated; clients are responsible for applicable taxes such as VAT where required.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The Website, its content, logos, text, graphics, and software are the property of Bestcare Manpower Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

  • Job postings and candidate profiles are licensed to the relevant parties for recruitment and staffing purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability
